Data Loss: Portable drives were vulnerable to loss and damage. In one incident, months of work were lost due to an office fire.
Access Issues: Staff members had to take turns accessing the same drive, leading to inefficiencies.
Data Duplication: Lack of visibility led to duplicated files and overwritten versions.
Centralized Control: The London headquarters had no easy way to preview footage from remote offices, necessitating a secure and reliable storage solution for better control and visibility.

Central Storage Hub in London

RS4017xs+: A 16-bay unit was deployed as the central storage hub in our London office. This powerful system offers extensive storage capacity and robust performance, meeting our high-volume media requirements.

Local Storage Solutions

DS1819+: Ten units were configured with Synology CMS and shipped to selected country offices. These units were equipped with 10TB Seagate IronWolf HDDs, ensuring reliable and high-capacity storage.

Automated Data Backup

Synology Hyper Backup: This solution enables automatic, regular data backups. Our headquarters now receives daily updates from all branches, eliminating the burden on local staff and ensuring data integrity.
